Nutrition: Free range lean beef mince rich in iron and essential amino acids. Beetroot and apple are a source of fibre and vitamin C aiding in iron absorption. Basmati rice is a carbohydrate providing energy. Mixed with homemade bone broth containing collagen.

Texture: Soft lumps with some blended rice bits and smooth beetroot.

Nutrition: Butternut, carrots and sweet potato are rich in vitamin A and a source of vitamin C. Vitamin A is an essential vitamin for immunity and promotes vision and eye development. Broccoli is rich in fibre and is a good source of vitamin A, C, K and zinc which helps aid with the absorption of iron. It is also a good source of calcium to help with bone development. Potatoes are a source of energy and provides vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B6, C, potassium, folate and magnesium. Apples and pears provide fibre, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium. This fibre rich fruit can assist with constipation.
