Nutrition: Butternut, carrots and sweet potato are rich in vitamin A and a source of vitamin C. Vitamin A is an essential vitamin for immunity and promotes vision and eye development. Peas contain Vitamin C, E and zinc plays an important role in immunity. Avocado pear is rich in potassium and a good monounsaturated fat; important for brain, eye and nerve development. Apples and pears provide fibre, vitamin C, potassium and magnesium. This fibre rich fruit can assist with constipation.
